Our floral designs are subject to availability. If a particular flower is not available we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.
When you place an order with us or make an online enquiry we gather certain information which you submit, including an address and contact details that we require to process your request. We do not store credit card details. We will not sell, lend or disclose your information to any third party other than for the dispatch of your order.
Refund /Returns/ Cancellation
For individual floral bouquets and arrangements customers need to cancel their orders one day before the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund or credit. For events, customers need to cancel their orders two weeks before scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund or credit. All cancelations must be received and acknowledged via text or email. If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory for some reason, it may be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange of a dried floral or botanical product, please email email@example.com.
We take great efforts to have your orders delivered on time and directly to an individual. If no one is available to accept a delivery we will deliver it to a neighbor, leave it in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. In case of difficulties in delivering your order, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provided at the time of placing your order. If delivering to commercial addresses we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of mailrooms or receptions to deliver flowers to the intended recipient(s).
We currently deliver to Manhattan, NY and in NJ we cover the towns of Summit, New Providence, Short Hills, Millburn, Madison, Chatham and Morristown.
